Magnetic head pulleys offer superior continuous separation and discharging of magnetic minerals or ferrous contamination from conveyors. Tingo offers magnetic head pulleys in Ceramic Ferrite and high intensity rare earth options. Magnetic head pulleys can be used to transform your standard material handling conveyor into a material separation conveyor.
Tingo hundreds of patented large size magnetic head pulleys have been installed to separate the iron ore from waste rock in iron mines. Typical magnetic head pulley has operated over 20 years, which is up to 3,000tph capacity and up to 0-500mm in feed size. Grinding Medium

TINGO technical team offers customized solutions in your mineral processing flow sheet. In TINGO metallurgical test facility engineers evaluates ball sizes, ball proportion, slurry density, overgrinding, undergrinding and etc. in pilot testing and empirical methods based on the samples of raw ore on site and quality standard of products. As a result, TINGO have successfully supplied steel balls and ceramics balls in fine grinding in tower mill and ball mill over hundreds of applications. TINGO especially incorporates TGTM tower mill and grinding media for optimizing grinding circuit to accumulate much experience.

Screening equipment

GXFS screening machines are widely installed in mining and aggregate industry instead of traditional circular vibrating screen after HPGR and/or fine crushing. GXFS screening machine is designed with dual vibration from a single drive . The basic vibration performs a circular movement which is generated by a rotary vibrator. The dependent vibration shows an elliptic motion and is started by the basic vibration. The dynamic flexible PU screen panels are tensioned and released to achieve high acceleration values. Because of special dual vibrating and flexible screen panels, GXFS screening machines are competent to high moisture material in high screening efficiency.

Wet Drum Magnetic Separator(Coarse)

TINGO drum magnetic separators is heavily designed in low and media intensity magnet, widely used in collecting fine ferromagnetic in ore separation operations.There are three styles of concurrent,counter and semi-counter rotation. Two ore three drums can be combined one on top of the other. Per its alternating poles, maximum field gradients and heavy duty designs, TINGO wet drum magnetic separators guarantee maximum recovery of magnetic material in heavy media circuits in hundreds of applications.

Wet Drum Magnetic Separator(Thickening)

TINGO patented wet drum magnetic separator(Thickening) is designed to increase slurry concentration from 20-25% to 50-70% by weight in iron ore separation plants. After thickening, iron concentrate is easy for further process, such as dewatering or re-grinding. The recovery rate of magnetic iron is up to 99.5%. It is also used to recover magnetite in heavy media processes in coal washery. The recovery rate of heavy media is up to 99%.

Anti-blockages system

Patented Anti-buildups/blockages system To prevent buildups and blockages in surge bins, Tingo pioneered and patented the anti-buildups/blockages system fifteen years ago. So far, there are over 150 units of systems installed in different shapes and sizes of storage in mineral processing plant, cement plant, coal-fired power plant, steel works, bulk cargo terminal and etc. Tingo flow aid systems use PLC controlled discharges in designed paths, points and from a reservoir of compressed air to aid material movement, reducing friction against container walls as well as internal particle-to-particle cohesion. Tingo technology guarantees the flow of bulk material from storage, and through chutes and feeders.

Dry Magnetic Rolls

Dry magnetic rolls are widely used to concentrate weakly magnetic ores, such as hematite, limonite, specularite, siderite, martite, manganese ore, chromite, ilmenite, wolframite, tantalum-niobium ore and etc. Besides dry magnetic rolls are also installed to purify non magnetic minerals, such as Refractory materials, andalusite, zircon, quartz, feldspar, ceramic materials and etc. TINGO dry magnetic rolls are made with high intensity permanent magnets to produce a magnetic field in excess of 14,000 gauss. TINGO dry magnetic rolls are designed in pulley and rolls combination. Materials first flow to magnetic head pulley to remove strongly magnetic material, then to rare earth magnetic rolls to concentrate or purify weakly magnetic materials.

Wet Drum Magnetic Separator(Fine)

TINGO patented wet drum magnetic separators(Fine) have been used in hundreds of applications in iron ore separation plants. It is special adapt to recover very fine iron mineral after tower mill's re-grinding. The distribution structure of new magnetic system generates a magnetic field with high gradient and high magnetic agitation factor. Breaking through the traditional concept of magnetic separation, high grade concentrate and high recovery rate can be obtained simultaneously. This equipment is especially suitable for concentrating extremely fine magnetite and vanadium titano-magnetite after the fine grinding of the tower mill.

Magnetic Separator(Sewage Treatment)

Supermagnetic separation technology are widely used in purifying wastewater. Magnetic medium and flocculant are put into raw sewage. With mechanical agitation, suspended magnetic fines (magnetic seed) are generated with combination of magnetic medium and flocculant. Relying on the high intensity magnetic field generated by the permanent magnetic material, TINGO magnetic separators quickly collect suspended magnetic fines from wastewater. Supermagnetic force is hundreds of times that of gravity, so the metamagnetic separation technology greatly shortens processing time, and reduces area of sewage treatment facilities.

TGTM tower mill

The tower mill is an energy-efficient fine grinding equipment.Its grinding efficiency is much higher than that of the traditional ball mill. TGTM tower mill is mainly composed of mill shell, screw with liners, drive motor, gear reducer, access door and etc. The raw material is generally fed from the bottom feed port. The motor/reducer system drives the screw in low speed. The grinding media and raw material make an overall multi-dimensional and rotation movement inside mill shell. The particles in the raw material is subjected to the comprehensive action of friction, shear, extrusion and impact among grinding media to achieve finer particles. The finer particles are discharged from the overflow port, and the coarser particles are settled down to the bottom with gravity for grinding again.
